Posting replies and reading feedback from email is coming soon. Until then, paste reviews in chat and it drafts the replies.

How to start

  1. Join the waitlist. We'll email you when it's your turn.
  2. Install the app on your Mac or PC and sign in to your AI.
  3. Choose the Customer Insights role, give it a name, and connect a chat app.
  4. Send your first message — try one of the examples above.
