  • Lists orders that haven't shipped yet.
  • Drafts your return and refund steps.

Default name: Ola. You can rename it.

Reading orders straight from your email is coming soon. Until then, paste or share the order emails in chat.

SHAINY AI is not open yet. “At launch” means it is planned for the first release; “Coming soon” means it is still being built.

How to start

  1. Join the waitlist. We'll email you when it's your turn.
  2. Install the app on your Mac or PC and sign in to your AI.
  3. Choose the Order Desk role, give it a name, and connect a chat app.
  4. Send your first message — try one of the examples above.
